WOW. They changed shit up then for the newer THs. I have a build date of 7/15 and purchased 10/15. My build sheet def says all terrain tires, and not all season

I think Jeep may have started to change up the build sheets and window stickers now since they have people complaining about the non AT tires. If your window sticker does not specifically call out "All Terrain Tires", then I doubt that you're going to have much luck getting anything from Jeep. My dealer is providing the priceing to Jeep for the 225/65r17 KO2 tires. We'll see if they agree and provide my dealer with the full credit. If they do, I'll immediately have them order those tires for me and have them installed. Ill probably have them install a lift and spacers at the same time. I'll keep y'all updated.

After lurking on this topic for a while, I have gotten the ball rolling as well. My window sticker as well calls out All-terrain tires. I got a case# from Jeep Wave, and am waiting to hear from the Dealer. So I wait......:(

It'll probably take a week or 2, but just keep checking in with your case manager and your dealership every couple days to make sure they are contacting each other and working all this out. Hopefully my case will be complete this week.

LOL search all terrain and goodyear on google. then search highway tire and goodyear. The SRA is a highway tire, a MTR or a duratrac will come up with the all terrain search.

An all terrain tire is aggressive, and gives the best of off road traction, with out being a mud terrain. The highway tires are just that, mud and snow rated possibly, but not good off road at all.

I agree but if you look at Goodyear's website it lists the SR-A as an all season, all terrain...

I don't trust most of what GY states. Over the years of real world testing, feedback from customers, and personal knowledge of heir product, I generally suggest most customers get out of them. Even a Bridgestone is a better tire usually.

An all terrain tire is designed to perform well both on and off road. The SRA apparently has decent grip off road. On road traction is horrendous, especially in wet weather. Now taking them off road would be recommended against, as the sidewalls are as thin as paper (not literally, but almost) and the amount of internal casing is the bare minimum. That's why they cost 80$ or less. Cost not retail.

Oh I agree that the GYs aren't a tire I'd recommend to anyone either. I'm just saying for anyone else who may be filing a complaint regarding the tires on their TH not being all terrains. If they have the GYs it may be a harder fight than with the Falkens

Did the chat with Jeep last night. Here's how it went

-Dillon: Hi, my name is Dillon with Jeep Customer Care, How may I help you today?
-Sabrina: Hi Dillon, I have a 2016 Renegade Trailhawk that was supposed to come with All-Terrain tires per the window sticker and it has all-season highway tires on it.
-Sabrina: I know some other owners have had this same issue and have contacted Jeep as well.
-Dillon: I'm so sorry to learn this Sabrina, I noticed your a Jeep Wave customer. I'd like to get you in contact with a Jeep Wave manager to assist further.
    -Sabrina: Ok
    -Dillon has disconnected.
-Joshua: Hi, my name is Joshua with Jeep Customer Care, How may I help you today?
-Sabrina: Hi Joshua, are you able to see my chat history with the other agent?
-Joshua: Hello Sabrina yes I can and sorry to here that we are having an issue with the tires. If you don't mind a brief hold, I would like to look this up as I received a email about this issue earlier today.
    -Sabrina: OK no problem.
-Joshua: Thank you be just a moment.
-Joshua: Thank you for holding and I apologize for the wait.
    -Sabrina: Sure thing.
-Joshua: The information that I received stated that, we have come to the conclusion that this information (being the window sticker) is wrong and that the Falken Highway Terrain tires are what should be equipped on the vehicle. We are currently working to have this information corrected.
-Sabrina: Your website also lists All-Terrain tire. Not a Highway Terrain tire.
-Sabrina: So the tires that are equipped on the vehicle are not as advertised.
-Joshua: This is true but with that being stated I would like to look into seeing what I can do to help you with this issue. As you are part of the jeep wave program. There is a lot we can do to help with issue we are currently having. Did the dealer talk to you about the jeep wave program?
-Sabrina: No, they did not talk to us about it. We were given information in the owners packet when we purchased the vehicle.
-Joshua: Now I am string the converstation away but just for a moment because I would like to go over this then explain what I can do to help.
-Joshua: Not a problem with it being a new program they may of not been aware of this being added to your vehicle. As a Jeep owner, you are auto-enrolled in this program at no cost to you.(completely free) You receive many benefits for a two-year period that we hope you will take advantage of, including:

    - Dedicated 24/7 Jeep Premium Customer Service at 844-533-7928 (844-Jeep Wave)

    - Two free oil changes and tire rotations per year for the two year membership term

    - Trip interruption protection and first day rental coverage

    - VIP treatment at select Jeep events throughout the country

    - Discounts on premium retail brand merchandise through the Savings Network
    -Sabrina: Ok
-Joshua: And with that out of the way, what Iwould like to do is go over this information with my manager team and seek if they can help use with getting these tires. Have you into the pricing for these tires?
-Sabrina: Not yet. We have an appointment tomorrow for the first oil change.
-Joshua: Oh amazing that way you will have that free with are oil change package. At that time if you can help me with getting the dealers pricing for the tires and give me a call at 844-533-7928 EXT: with that pricing which I will forward this information to my manager. Now that is if you feel comfortable seeking that information? If not, no worries I can give them a call.
-Sabrina: Yes I can ask for that information. Is there a claim or reference number I should mention when I call?
-Joshua: One moment, let me get that for you.
-Joshua: What is the mileage on the vehicle?
-Sabrina : Approx 5900. I am out of town right now and the Jeep is at home with my husband. Do you need the exact mileage?
-Joshua: Nope that will work fine and the dealer we are working with is it MOORE CHRYSLER?
    -Sabrina: Yes
-Joshua: Your case number is: but if you give me a call any time before 5 I will be at my desk.
-Sabrina: Perfect, thank you. I will talk to you tomorrow after I speak with the dealer.
-Joshua: Again I'm sorry that this has happen but we will honor our commitment and getting these issue address. Have I addressed the reason for your concern, and is there anything else I can assist you with today Sabrina?

I was told by the dealer, despite what my perception of All-terrain is, that the proper tires were installed on my jeep and if I would like to pursue it further to contact Chrysler directly. :( Not feeling confident about this at all... I was also told by the dealer that all JeepWave can help me with is free oil changes. I sincerely hope that is not the case!!!
