Update, after talking to Jeep and my dealer a ton, Jeep agreed to pay for new All Terrain tires for my Trailhawk. My dealer asked me which ones I wanted and sent Jeep an invoice for the cost of tires and installation and Jeep agreed. My dealer fronted the cost of the tires and they will have them tomorrow. They will then send Jeep the final invoice and will be reimbursed for the cost. I got them to agree to BF Goodrich KO2s in 225/65r17. Invoice was right at $1000 installed. I guess bitchin and moaning to Jeep and my dealer worked out this time!

Nice! We're still working with ours. Our dealer was a little hesitant to price tires out for us but they looked on the lot and some THs have the Goodyear's so that's what we're sending to Jeep

I talked to Jeep Wave today who were trying to insist that my TH has the tires they are supposed to have. I looked up my build sheet again and I find this to be very sneaky of FCA. My build sheet has been changed from all terrain tires to on/off road tires. This seems illegal to me... I saved my original build sheet that says all terrain tires. Thoughts on this?

Dealer has sent me to Chrysler Care, Chrysler care sends me back to the dealer. No luck so far. Maybe get a news station involved?

Thank goodness I saved my original build sheet that says I was supposed to have all terrains to compare to my new build sheet that now says on/off road tires. This is very deceptive of FCA. I started with Chrysler Care who sent me to Jeep Wave. Also noticed this morning that even Jeep.com still lists the TH as having all terrains in case anyone is looking for ammunition.

This is why I quit selling vehicles. This is a ridiculous complaint in my opinion. Suck it up!! Do you really have this much free time to complain about tired?

If I didnt work at a tire shop, and I didnt replace my shityears as soon as I did, I would absolutely fight for that!! When its stated you are supposed to have an all terrain tire, and the company, whoever it may be, doesnt put a actual all terrain on your vehicle, there is room to dispute. Especially the GY, the falken is at least a little more aggressive.. but the SRA is a highway tire. HT. No way shape or form is it a all terrain.

It may not be something I'm willing to go so far as fall on a sword for but I think level of importance is relative.

I contacted Jeep Wave (when you buy a Trailhawk you get 2 years membership) and brought up the issue of having a Jeep with skidplates, rock low gear, higher clearance and tow hooks but comes with highway tires. They are going to replace my Falken H/T with the Yokohama A/T G015, my dealership was not able to order them so I ordered them myself and Jeep Wave is going to reimburse me the cost of the tires and install.
I liked the Yokohama A/T G015 because they are the closest in weight to my current tires and with adding Rocky Road super sliders and brush guard/skidplate I really don't need an extra 40 lbs that the BFGoodrich K02 will add.

So did you just start with Jeep wave or the dealer? I to am disappointed in the fact that my TH has H/T tires!

I originally emailed Jeep about the under performing Beats audio and they said I might want to contact Jeep Wave. So I called Jeep Wave and brought up the tires as I was talking to them.
I bought my Trailhawk from a dealer 40 miles away because my local dealer, 5 miles away, has poor customer service and it was just easier to call Jeep Wave.
After Jeep Wave said they would replace my tires I called the dealership I bought the Trailhawk from and asked them about getting A/T tires. As I expected they said that the H/T tires were what came on it from the factory and they couldn't do anything until I mentioned that Jeep Wave was taking care of the cost, then they were eager to help.
The window sticker stated A/T tires and if you go to Jeep.com and build and price a Trailhawk the says A/T tires are standard equipment. I paid for A/T tires and my Trailhawk will now be equipped with A/T tires.

I contacted Jeep wave as well last night and got a case number. The factory renegade brochure and everything else on Jeep about the TH says it it should come with A/Ts. I got a case number and hopefully should hear something back but things like this never really go my way!

Jeep Wave is giving me the run around and the dealer I bought it from the same. My purchasing dealer is about 90 miles away and we already have a very strained relationship over other issues that I had to threaten litigation over...long story. I'm going to keep trying with Jeep Wave. I want to upgrade the tires to an AT and it would be great if I can get Jeep to pay for what's already supposed to be there.

Hey everyone, I am new here. Only have my TH 1 week. Anyway, I called jeep wave, they gave me a case number, dealer already ordered my tires. Not sure what I am getting. Probably Goodyears. My window sticker has All Season on/off road tires.

A/T tires are standard equipment and included in the higher pricing of the Trailhawk. Jeep should have no issues having A/T tires put on Trailhawks since they are missing.

Update on my case: the dealer doesn't feel right ordering anything other than what is on the other THs on the lot, so they gave us a quote for the Goodyear's. We've sent that to Wave and they've approved the change. Our rep called the dealer and spoke to someone to find out where to send the check and the service manager said they weren't willing to do it because it wasn't a warranty issue. We went in this week ready to start yelling and threatening. Wave already told us that they would send us the check directly if the dealer wasn't going to play ball and we could go to Discount or wherever and get them taken care of. After talking to the dealership in person, they are willing to order and install the tires, but only after they've already received the payment from Jeep, and they wanted us to call Jeep and tell them that. We said no, not gonna be the middle man because they didn't want to take a check, they wanted to bill Jeep, so we'll see what happens. Noticed yesterday that we have a crack in the sidewall of one of the Falkens, so this needs to happen sooner rather than later.
